2Why we do not ask for consent
Consent is required for cookies that are not strictly necessary. All of the above are: one remembers a preference you actively chose, and the other two exist to keep your session safe. If we ever add analytics or advertising, we will ask before setting them.
3Turning them off
You can block cookies in your browser, but signing in will stop working — the session cookie is how the site knows it is still you.
